Gargi Sharma

As a human rights activist, advocate, and lawyer, I am committed to decolonising the social justice movement and believe in mobilising people power to create lasting social change.

I am the Communications & Development Manager at the CLIMA Fund and Project Coordinator at the critical infrastructure lab at the University of Amsterdam. Previously, I was a Researcher & Policy Officer in the Global Data Justice Project at Tilburg University.

I work at the intersections of climate justice and data justice, focusing specifically on questions of self-determination, non-discrimination, and restorative justice.

I hold an Advanced LLM in European and International Human Rights Law from Leiden University and a BA LLB (Hons) from Hidayatullah National Law University.
